WLBT Training Internship Program/Description:
The Gray Media Training Center Internship Program is an immersive experience where you serve as a valued member of our award-winning digital and broadcast team. Whether your interest involves news, production, sales, marketing, or engineering, our media training center program becomes a hands-on learning environment for Gray Media interns. Fellows of the Training Center will produce a semesterly public affairs show, which they will shoot, edit, produce, direct, and host.

Intern rate of pay can range from minimum wage in your state to $15 an hour.
Qualifications/Requirements:
– Candidates must be completing their junior or senior year at an accredited university/college in Mississippi.
??- Candidates need to have a strong academic record and recommendation from their dean or internship coordinator.
??- Must demonstrate strong a work ethic, time management, professional and organizational skills.
??- Must have an active interest and a desire to get hands-on experience in the local media industry.
??- Actively enrolled and earning a degree in Journalism/Communications, Business/Multimedia Sales, Marketing, IT/ Engineering or related fields.
