DESCRIPTION

Audacy, Cleveland is looking for a Sports Anchor and occasional fill-in talk show host. All candidates must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work on nights, holidays and weekends. This position also calls for periodic web writing.

JOB EXPERIENCE

What You'll Do:

Anchoring multi-hour news shift on all sports station.
Gathering, writing, recording, editing and delivering content from the studio or at sporting events.
Writing scripts and ad-libbing material for stories.
Development and research of potential news stories.
Protecting the station’s FCC license.
Other duties as required by management.

REQUIREMENTS

More About You:

Preferred:

4 year degree in journalism preferred but not required
1+ years anchoring or reporting news for broadcast media and possess excellent writing skills.
