DESCRIPTION
WSPA-TV in Spartanburg/Greenville, SC has a job opening for a Sales Assistant (Digital & National). The Sales Assistant (Digital & National) works within established Sales Department guidelines to maximize station revenue opportunities from an order entry, traffic, and accounting perspective. The Sales assistant is also responsible for performing all clerical and administrative functions required to support sales personnel and ensure accurate campaign execution.

JOB EXPERIENCE
Minimum one year of clerical, administrative, or sales support experience; media or advertising experience preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma required.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, scanners, etc.)
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- General math skills
