DESCRIPTION

The Sales Assistant works within established Sales Department Guidelines to maximize station revenue opportunities from an order entry, traffic, production, and accounting perspective. The Sales Assistant is also responsible for performing all clerical functions required by department personnel as needed.

JOB EXPERIENCE

Maintains awareness of the most current traffic policies, practices and procedures
Enters order, traffic and accounting data using computers, ledgers, orders and other resources
Corresponds with customers and confers with coworkers to answer inquires and resolve account problems
Prepares forms and reports
Monitors inventory
Maintains files and other business records
Performs other duties as assigned
Assist in writing and production of sales materials
Execute strategies that engage and grow audiences across all digital devices
Writes, produces and edits materials and graphics

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Communications preferred, not required
Understand brand building directives
Excellent verbal, written, grammar, and analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, evaluate customer satisfaction, and handle multiple task simultaneously.
Detail oriented
Ability to edit video is a plus
