The Media Sales Coordinator will be part of the Sales Department working with the entire team for our products of 2 Broadcast TV Stations, 1 web platform and an array of digital products that include streaming, search, and video to name a few.

The Media Sales Coordinator will be a key player in assisting our sales/digital teams by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, preparing sales materials, and supporting the sales process from initial pitch through post-sale service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
JOB EXPERIENCE
- Experience in digital ad platforms, creative development, and/or video production coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written as well as interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
- Time management skills necessary to multitask order entry and creating presentations in a timely manner
- Effective use of time is very important in this position
- Excellent customer service skill
- Ability to learn systems & terminology in the broadcast and digital world
- Attitude is key to being an asset to the company, a willingness to learn the business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS
- Assist the media sales team with client proposals, presentations, and sales collateral preparation.
- Process and track media orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Communicate with clients to follow up on campaigns, manage service requests, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Generate reports on sales performance, client activity, and other metrics as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and company products to provide informed support.
- Oversee weekly pacing, creative, and inventory reporting.
- Generate monthly analytic reports for stakeholders.
- Manage campaign progression, troubleshoot as needed, and provide consistent updates.
- Assist with NXD/DMS order fulfillment and trafficking.
- Performs other duties as assigned
