Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Sales and Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
-
Go-to-person for new client agreements – responsible for disseminating the information/tasks to the appropriate team members to ensure complete fulfillment for our clients

Follow up throughout the process
-
Keeping necessary team members updated on the status
-

Attend client meetings when necessary
-
Internal and Client Asset management – making sure all the pieces are where they belong, and others can find them
-
Liaison between sales and promotions/events – help gather client assets, help with proof of performance, attend weekly promotional meetings, and attend station events as needed/available

Enter necessary details into Monday.com for new agreements and update as needed to ensure success for our clients

Manage internal tracking sheets

Fill out and distribute internal forms as needed

On-boarding new clients focusing on station-related products, facilitate new client forms
-
Help plan internal events such as client marketing seminars, webinars, happy hour events
-
Coordinate and maintain close business relationships with Project Managers throughout the building
-
Identify what is working and what is not. Assess efficient and effective ways to work with clients throughout the entire process; and work with immediate supervisor to improve efficiencies.

Problem Solving: Identify potential problems, analyze them, and develop solutions

Believe in continuously improving the Customer Journey for our clients

Other tasks as assigned by management
Personal Requirements:
-
Eager to learn, proactive, and exceptional at independent problem-solving.
-
Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

General knowledge of Microsoft, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
-
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.
-
Ability to work within deadlines, manage multiple tasks/projects, and maintain a positive attitude.
This role is a Monday through Friday from 8 am-5 pm position and will report to the National and Agency Account Director.
