What We Need:

Bilingual programming coordinator in Orlando for WRSO-AM and the Accion Network.


What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate news and programming for WRSO-AM and the Accion Network.
  • Work to ensure programming runs as schedule. Coordinate with news and talk talent as well as VP of Sales on revenue opportunities.
  • Develop new podcasts.
  • Talent scout
  • Max out sales opportunities with new segments on air and social media
  • Keep track of WRSO/Accion social media and on-air talent.
  • Establish synergy between iHM Orlando Hispanic brands
  • Weekly one on one sessions with the on-air talent to set thresholds.
  • Create partnerships with other non-radio media outlets.
