About Us
MWF Madison is a multimedia company operating eight radio stations covering Sports, Rock, Country, and more, along with a Statewide Sports Network and Statewide Agriculture Network. Our brands serve as local lifestyle hubs with strong radio, event, web, social, and mobile presence.
We are hiring a Part-Time Events, Activations, and Engagements Specialist, an entry-level, hands-on role supporting live events, promotions, and digital engagement.
What You’ll do
- Set up and tear down promotional and event equipment
- Work concerts, sporting events, festivals, and community events
- Represent station brands and interact with listeners and clients
- Support on-air promotions and remote broadcasts
- Capture photos and short-form video content for social media
- Assist with social media posts and website updates using WordPress
What You Need
- Part-time availability, including nights and weekends
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to approximately 50 pounds
- Basic computer, social media, and digital communication skills
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
Bonus Skills
- Video or audio editing experience
- Photography or content creation background
- Interest in radio, media, marketing, or live events
Pay Range
$15.00–$20.00 per hour, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
