DESCRIPTION
Mid-West Family Northern Illinois is looking to add an Office Administrator to our team. This role supports daily administrative and clerical operations of the office such as, data entry, filing, handling daily deposits and other tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
JOB EXPERIENCE
Skills/ Education:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and basic office equipment (copiers, fax, scanners).

Strong organization and time management; ability to prioritize and multitask.

Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor
-
High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and discretion with confidential information.

Customer-service oriented attitude and reliability in supporting office operations
-
Between 1–3?years of clerical or administrative support experience is commonly desired
-
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent needed
REQUIREMENTS
Tasks included in this position;
-
Greeting customers as they arrive
-
Handling daily deposits and online payments
-
Running customer invoices and statements as needed
-
Walk customers through payment choices or explaining invoices
-
Manage Accounts receivable reports and adjustments
-
Monthly invoicing
-
Supply ordering
-
Time card management
-
Cataloging prizing and the distribution of prizes to winners
-
Oversee company trade accounts
-
Assist with coordination of office equipment maintenance and vendor liaison
-
Provide administrative support to department staff as assigned

Other tasks as needed
ADDITIONAL INFO
Position is Monday through Friday 8:30-3pm, less one hour for break. Mid-West Family is an equal opportunity employer.
