Job Summary/Description:
WWBT seeks dynamic meteorologist to join out weather team. Must be an accurate forecaster and skilled at telling a compelling weather story.
Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Accurate forecaster
• Effective use of the latest weather technology
• Great communicator
• Social Media skills
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Successful candidate must be an accurate forecaster skilled at telling a compelling, concise and informative weather story and excel in severe weather coverage. The leading candidate must understand, embrace and fully execute our First Alert weather brand on all platforms. Successful candidate must understand how to effectively use all weather technology to make their weather content relevant and interesting to our customers. Strong showcasing of weather on our digital platforms is a must.
