DESCRIPTION
KPRC 2 is looking for a creative, driven, and entrepreneurial Membership Program Manager to help build the next generation of local TV engagement. This person will design, launch, and grow a membership program that benefits our advertising clients while offering exclusive, high-value experiences and content for our most loyal viewers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who’s passionate about audience development, community connection, and redefining how local media serves its market.
JOB EXPERIENCE
- Develop and launch a paid membership program that drives recurring revenue and audience loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and our local lifestyle show to create benefits and experiences that appeal to both viewers and advertisers.
- Identify and package exclusive content, offers, and access that make membership valuable to paying users.
- Work with marketing and creative teams to promote membership sign-ups across digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
- Manage the membership database, monitor analytics, and use data to optimize growth and retention.
- Coordinate with the newsroom, sales, and promotions to align member experiences with station events and initiatives.
- Serve as the internal point person for all membership-related questions, benefits, and renewals.
REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience managing or growing membership, subscription, or loyalty programs.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer retention strategies, and analytics.

Excellent organizational and project management skills; comfortable balancing multiple priorities.

Confident communicator who can work collaboratively across departments and pitch creative ideas.

A self-starter who thrives on building new initiatives from the ground up.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred.

Experience in media, entertainment, or digital content businesses a plus.
