About WRDW/WAGT:

WRDW is an award-winning news station located in Augusta, GA.  The station has a 70-year history of community commitment.  WRDW/WAGT operates in a new state-of-the-art facility producing 40 hours of local news as well as content for its digital platforms.  We are located in Augusta, a city with a booming economy and year-round outdoor recreation. Job Summary/Description:

WRDW/WAGT is currently looking for a Media Sales Coordinator to handle a variety of administrative duties in support of the sales team. The right candidate must have a strong work ethic, be a quick learner who is highly organized and an excellent communicator. The ability to meet timely deadlines will be critical.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the Sales Managers and Sales Staff with their daily duties.
• Assist with daily order entry and maintenance.
• Pull and send reports for clients when needed.
• Coordinate digital ads and upload them to the platforms.
• Track progress on various sales initiatives.
• Ability to perform at a high level, multitask efficiently, and meet deadlines in this fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent, college or technical degree preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Previous digital ad operations experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Energetic and self-starter.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
