JOB EXPERIENCE

What You'll Do:

Perform a daily morning show Monday through Friday
Must be able to communicate and relate to the target audience.
Complete production, commercial, and imaging duties as assigned.
Make remote appearances on behalf of the station.
Other responsibilities commonly associated with an on-air personality position.
The ability to deliver a break with a real payoff to the listener
Strong understanding of the format and target demo
Great listening skills
Execute social media marketing
Proficient with Adobe Audition
Proficient with Vox Pro
Strong social and digital media engagement
Coachable
Ability to take direction
Maintain quarterly issues report
Interact with both internal and external customers

Represent Company and radio stations in a highly respectable, professional manner.
Must be extremely organized and highly motivated.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
