JOB EXPERIENCE

Your role and responsibilities:

The Key Account Support Coordinator is responsible for entering and coordinating orders, billing requests as well as developing sales proposals and/or plans with their account executive for agency and/or client deals.  Candidate will work across all media platforms to create proposals, execute, and steward campaigns.  Will focus on both pre and post sales with a customer-first approach.  Will focus on all aspects of both linear and digital to optimize campaigns to ensure delivery. 

Primary responsibilities include supporting the Traffic Coordinator, Sale Managers, Sales Team, and National Sales Offices:

  • Lead sales support team through all aspects of account management
    • Order entry, revisions, general end-to-end account management.
    • Provide post summaries and work with sales team to deliver recaps for TV and Digital campaigns.
    • Assist sales managers / sales team with cleaning up preempts and booking makegoods on key accounts.
    • Resolve any invoice/billing discrepancies.
    • Includes leading the sales support team in cross training on all sales systems and processes.
  • Assist Traffic Coordinator maintaining inventory, clearing orders on entry, monitoring program changes, helping clear oversells and daily displaced.
  • Coordinate with AD Ops/Commercial OPS as necessary to maintain schedules running correctly and optimize as necessary.
  • Work closely and communicate with clients/agencies on account changes, upgrades, etc. for key accounts
  • Opportunity to grow key accounts, paid programming, and/or new business development.

  • Responsible for understanding and utilizing sales systems as well as supporting the sales process/procedures end to end
  • Enter new orders and revise and maintain orders
  • Assist sales management and sales team with preemptions and makegoods for key accounts
  • Submit special billing requests and assist sales management and sales team with collection efforts
  • Provide weekly client spot time reports for sales management and sales team as assigned
  • Assist Account Execs with client recap information
  • Create Ad Sales media plans with pricing and planning support and direction as well as inventory and yield management to create the most effective package.
  • Review all IO's to ensure they match approved media plan.
  • Track individual deal delivery and prepare ADU schedules for linear. Work closely with Inventory team on digital campaigns to pace to client goals.
  • Work closely with sales management and sales team to assist with key account support and customer service.
  • Work closely with Ad Operations/Commercial Operations on timing and execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor both on-air schedules and digital. Manage changes and coordinate with Ad Ops/Commercial Ops to ensure schedule airs as ordered
  • Work with marketing team to secure materials and schedules for added value
  • Provide post summaries of account delivery
  • Resolve order/invoice-billing discrepancies
  • Assist with Great Day Colorado guest as needed and various department tasks as assigned
  • Work closely with and communicate directly with client/agency contacts for general account support and campaign assistance
  • Assist Traffic Coordinator with maintaining inventory and clearing orders as processed by preempting oversells and monitoring program changes.
  • Coordinate and handle paid programming, direct response, and unwired sales and inventory management with sales manager oversight
  • Lead sales support and cross training efforts across sales support team

REQUIREMENTS

About you:

  • 2+ years’ experience in media
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Media Sales, Wide Orbit Connect, Matrix, Salesforce, and MS Office products
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage client expectations
  • Solutions-oriented customer service focus that emphasizes driving sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; team player

Pay range $50-55K base plus commission. Total potential $65-75K
