DESCRIPTION
KRNV has an exciting opportunity for a General Assignment Reporter! Your responsibilities as a General Assignment Reporter will include researching, writing, and delivering compelling news stories for broadcast, digital, and social platforms, as well as other responsibilities as assigned. You will be expected to produce daily content on a variety of platforms including the internet, social networking sites and mobile phones, in addition to television.

KRNV is looking for a General Assignment Reporter! Your responsibilities as a General Assignment Reporter will include researching, writing, and delivering compelling news stories for broadcast, digital, and social platforms, as well as other responsibilities as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to research, write, and deliver clear, accurate, and engaging news stories under tight deadlines.
- Strong live reporting, interviewing, and storytelling skills across broadcast and digital platforms.
- Excellent news judgment and ability to identify stories that resonate with local audiences.
- Proficient in newsroom software, social media, and digital content creation tools.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Teachable, Coachable
- Experience with live shots is required
- Experience with Live-U is a plus
