DESCRIPTION

Walnut Media is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to serve as Front Office Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting our team with a variety of administrative and sales-related tasks.

Front Desk Operations:
Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and answer basic inquiries.
Distribute prizes to contest winners, organize and file paperwork accordingly.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
Customer Interaction:
Serve as the “Director of First Impressions” by ensuring all interactions reflect Walnut Media’s values.
Assist customers with inquiries, providing information about our services and escalating issues as needed.

Administrative Support:
Manage day-to-day office operations as directed by the business manager, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Prepare and distribute reports as directed by management.
Learn Natural Log radio traffic system in order to serve as back up as needed

Sales Assistance:
Support the sales team by organizing and creating sales materials as needed, maintaining records, and assisting with client communications.
Write and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Help manage and update customer databases and CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales team on special projects and campaigns.
Run daily ticket revenue report for leadership 


JOB EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.


REQUIREMENTS

Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
