Job Summary/Description:

WTOC is seeking a Digital Sales Specialist. A qualified candidate for this position must have strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in our fast-paced environment. This position works directly with the sales department, other station departments, advertisers, and agencies on daily continuity duties, to ensure that campaigns run as directed.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

– Work with our corporate design team on digital ad creative
– Schedule new digital campaigns
– Attend client creative calls to understand the client's goals and needs for their creative
– Monitor that all digital campaigns are running effectively and on pace to deliver
– Revise and optimize current digital campaigns
– Suggest optimization strategies for digital campaigns and upsell opportunities to drive revenue
– Assist the sales team with developing concise reports highlighting the success of the campaign
– Stay up to date with emerging trends and identify areas of development within the industry
– Maintain excellent customer service relations at the client and agency levels
– Work with other departments on station projects

Qualifications/Requirements:

– College degree preferred or equivalent in years of experience
– Candidate should have experience in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook and be proficient in data entry
– Training will be provided
– Experience with social media, paid digital ads, Google ad words, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Nielsen/ComScore ratings, Wide Orbit Sales and Traffic is a plus
