DESCRIPTION

KVOA-TV, Southern Arizona’s NBC affiliate and a leader in multi-platform sales, is looking for a strategic and motivated Digital Sales Manager to join and lead our dynamic local sales team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue across all our digital platforms.

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3–5 years of digital sales experience; prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of digital advertising sales that include OTT, display, paid search, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and track multi-platform sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership presence and a passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A pre-employment background check is required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain an Arizona Driver’s License.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Collaborate: Partner with the General Sales Manager and other department heads to execute strategic initiatives and achieve station goals.
  • Sales Team Development: Support daily sales activities, including planning, organizing, and overall development of digital sales efforts.
  • Training & Coaching: Provide ongoing training for account executives in digital sales strategies.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist sales staff with the execution of multi-platform campaigns across broadcast, OTT, digital video, display, email, social media, and search.
  • Inventory & Reporting: Manage all digital inventory and maintain accurate performance and availability reports.
  • Client & Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales revenue and work with team members to meet or exceed targets.
  • Account Management: Oversee accounts receivable and enforce credit policies as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and train sellers with a focus on continuous improvement and high performance.
