The Digital Operations Team Lead is expected to understand site ad functionality, Order Management Systems, Servers, and have natural leadership skills. This individual will:

Assist the Manager in ongoing projects and documentation to foster an efficient workflow and best practices.

Be the initial point person on your team for questions, escalations, decisions, issues, training.

Proactively identify and resolve issues leading up to a launch and during a live campaign that would prevent hitting KPI's and performance benchmarks.

Recognize, analyze and solve for discrepancies between ad servers as they arise.

Provide internal and external sales stakeholders with exceptional customer service and support.

Assist in the interview process by interviewing candidates and providing feedback.

Meet and engage with Account Managers to ensure open communication and partnership is maintained.

Troubleshoot issues in terms of creatives and delivery to the appropriate parties, escalating as appropriate.

Manage Top Tier accounts to ensure campaigns are scheduled accurately, on time, and deliver successfully.

Assist team members with overflow orders by fulfilling the duties of creative QA, trafficking, and/or campaign management when necessary.

Enjoy overcoming challenges and be resourceful when problem-solving.

Requirements

?

3-4 years of online ad trafficking experience

Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently within a high-paced changing environment

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, and JavaScript

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong written and communication skills

Able to interact comfortably with both clients and other internal departments

Ideal candidate is someone who possesses the ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision

BA/BS preferred
