Job Summary/Description:
KPTV FOX 12 is looking for a dynamic and driven Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing digital advertising campaigns while developing winning digital marketing strategies. You'll serve as the secondary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Collaborate closely with our Account Executive and Sales Management teams to execute and achieve campaign objectives. We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally organized individual who possesses outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
JOB EXPERIENCE
Duties/Responsibilities would include (but not limited to) –
1. Digital Strategy Development:
– Collaborate with Account Executives and clients to define robust digital marketing strategies that align with their objectives.
– Conduct comprehensive research to identify market trends, analyze competitors, and seize opportunities.
– Craft holistic digital marketing plans encompassing various channels, including Targeted Video and display, Streaming TV (OTT/CTV), SEO, SEM, social media, native marketing, and more.
– Oversee the development of digital creative assets and pixel placement on an as-needed basis.
– Participate in weekly sales meetings and/or training sessions.
– Be available to join sales calls as necessary.
– Keep a close eye on competitor websites and media trends to identify new revenue-generating prospects.
2. Campaign Execution:
– Work closely with the Gray Digital Media AdOps teams to flawlessly execute digital marketing campaigns.
– Ensure campaigns are delivered punctually, within budget, and in line with client expectations.
– Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
– Engage with the Attribution team and provide support and management as required for client campaigns.
– Proactively analyze and address opportunities to enhance digital revenue growth and retention.
3. Performance Reporting:
– Generate and present regular, insightful reports on campaign performance to clients.
– Analyze data and provide actionable insights to help clients refine their digital marketing strategies.
– Develop and share case studies with the sales team highlighting successful digital campaigns.
– Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
– Facilitate the timely completion of month-end reporting.
– Other duties as assigned by Sales Managers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
– Proven experience in digital marketing, account management, or similar roles.
– Proficiency in key software; Google Analytics, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
– Strong analytical and project management skills.
– Strong problem-solving and rapid concept assimilation.
– Independent decision-making and effective problem-solving.
– Excellent task prioritization and deadline management.
– Versatile in both teamwork and independent tasks.
– Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
