Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Reporting to: SVP, Director of Sales

Locations: Open to candidates who reside in an Audacy Market. Preferred Location: Midwestern 

 

Work Arrangement: Remote

 

Pay Transparency: The anticipated starting salary range expressing interest in this position is $120,000 – $135,000 per year. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity. 

Audacy is looking for a Digital Account Manager to support our Audacy Digital Audio business.  Candidates for this role must have experience in the digital  space and be able to drive revenue growth for our digital audio business across all of our local sales markets. This can be a remote position focusing on key markets in the Midwest.

JOB EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Participate on Digital Audio sales calls
  • Personally consult local, regional and national businesses to understand their needs and aspirations so that tailored solutions can be designed, implemented and executed.
  • Training of Audacy sales process, products, operations and the Audacy sales story.
  • Provide feedback to the internal Digital Agency regarding opportunities to improve the overall product offering and general positioning of the company’s product suite.
  • Create and manage sales collateral for Digital Audio client presentations. 
  • Work with leadership to develop innovative solutions and product packaging to meet clients’ digital marketing needs.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

  • 2+ years sales related experience preferred
  • 2+ years digital marketing experience preferred College Degree preferred.
  • Proven success in building client marketing campaigns by utilizing digital platforms (Streaming Audio, Podcasting, Social, Display, Video)
  • Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing
  • A creative mind to put together unique campaigns focused on solving client needs
  • Strong problem solving skills – you’re someone who identifies a problem as an opportunity to develop business
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace Products
  • Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, have a positive attitude and be an effective communicator
  • A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
