Job Summary/Description:
We are seeking a solutions-oriented professional with a strong digital sales background to join our dynamic sales team at KMVT. The Digital Sales Executive is a field sales role responsible for direct, new business digital revenue retention and growth. The Digital Sales Executive will design and sell digital marketing solutions for businesses using the latest advertising products available across the KMVT digital platform and on our extended audience platforms with Gray Digital Media.
Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Consult with business owners, marketing and advertising executives, directors, and managers to develop and implement an effective digital marketing strategy for their business.
– Meet or exceed sales expectations, goals, and budgets, and manage your own book of digital sales revenue for retention and growth.
– Learn and master KMVT digital advertising products and tools (we are always innovating and growing)
– Manage the entire sales and service cycle from finding a client to securing a deal, servicing, retaining, and growing the client and its book of business.
– Retain, grow, and develop new client relationships with businesses across the Region that need or want a digital marketing solution to grow their business.
– Manage your digital book of business using multiple CRM and client management tools and software.
– Design, write and present marketing proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
– Communicate and collaborate effectively across all KMVT departments and support staff.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· 3 or more years of outside consultative B2B sales experience, preferably in digital media sales with evidence of prior success.
· Proficiency in account planning and an understanding of territory management.
· The ability to prospect and run C-level and senior-level relationships within midsize and large organizations.
· Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
· Proven experience building excellent client relationships through offering beneficial, insightful, and strategic insights into their businesses.
· Strong proficiency in computer skills.
· Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
· Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process, from prospecting to close.
· Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
