Job Summary:
WLNE-TV /ABC Channel 6 in beautiful Providence, Rhode Island (market 52) is looking for a talented Creative Services Producer.
The Creative Services Producer takes a lead role working with account executives, advertising agencies and local business owners to conceptualize, write, shoot, and edit successful television commercials, ad campaigns and web components to be played on-air, online and on our social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possessing strong creative writing skills and the ability to plan, schedule, shoot and produce all aspects of the production process, completing tasks on budget and on deadline. Must be a highly effective team player well versed in producing broadcast quality commercial videos and digital content.
JOB EXPERIENCE
Qualified candidates will need to show proven experience as a high-level photographer/videographer/Editor providing samples of work demonstrating a thorough understanding of DSLR photography, Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, and video compression codecs.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Requirements:
- Must provide a reel demonstrating a high level of understanding in DSLR photography, creative lighting techniques and non-linear editing philosophy including motion graphics
- A solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier, After Effects) is essential to the job
- Experience crafting both long and short form programs is helpful
- Must demonstrate a proven ability to conceptualize, write, shoot, and edit dynamic videos
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to routinely lift, carry and move equipment in excess of 50 lbs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications/Film or related field
