Business Develpment Connector
Hybrid / Remote – must reside within 75 miles of Colorado Springs, CO
FOX21 News & SOCO CW are looking for a Business Development Connector who isn’t afraid to make the call. Literally.
We’re growing and need someone who thrives on cold calls, books high-quality appointments for our Account Executives, and knows how to blend business with banter. You’ll be the first point of contact with future advertisers — and your mission is to open the door with confidence, clarity, and a killer value pitch.
JOB EXPERIENCE
What You’ll Do:
- Cold call prospective businesses and book appointments for our Account Executives
- Use Valid Business Reasons to start conversations that matter
- Build quick rapport — no scripts, just real talk
- Track outreach and follow-ups in our CRM system
- Manage our CRM system for AE Activities
- Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and refine messaging

REQUIREMENTS
What You Bring:

- Proven ability to hit performance goals
- Sales, appointment setting, or call center experience is a big plus, but not required if you’ve got the grit and grind
