We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking sales team. The ideal candidate will build collaborative relationships with the National Sales Manager, a team of Account Executives and clients showcasing his or her detailed account management expertise.
Once ad solutions are sold by the National Sales Manager (NSM) or Account Executives (AEs), the Account Manager (AM) becomes the key point of contact for the clients. The AM will coordinate the full efforts of all the internal team members involved in the fulfillment & execution process to help the clients achieve the desired business results and to receive a strong ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Be the lead point of contact for clients for assigned Account Executives on all fulfillment (TV, digital and streaming TV) and communicate directly with clients to answer questions and fulfill client requests
- Grows the account by introducing new solution sets, introducing strategy and planning and ensures everything is working properly
- Daily interaction with existing agency and direct client business maintaining strong and positive relationships; this responsibility includes maintenance of client schedules on television, in addition to implementation of special projects, sponsorships and promotions
- Confirms TV and digital orders are input correctly and aligned with insertion orders
- Works in tandem with AEs and other team members to develop sales presentations, including PowerPoint and other software
- Assist designated Account Executives with maintenance of contracts, generating avails, traffic, make-goods, collections and overall customer service
- Provide Proof of Performance recaps to the client/agency including TV & Digital campaign metrics, along with attribution for participating clients
- Occasionally participate in key client meetings with the Account Executive
- Maintains strong and positive relationships with the local and national sales teams, clients and the internal team members; keeps everyone informed on project status; manages client expectations
- Attend sales meetings and training to obtain sales, product and process information and keep abreast of company products and services to articulate to client, when appropriate
Compensation Range: $56,000-$65,000
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 2+ years related experience in account management or client services, preferably within the advertising or marketing industries
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools, e.g., Google Analytics (Preferred)
- Understanding of Digital Marketing solutions and experience with digital advertising placement (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Project Management tools (Smart Sheet, Monday.com, Basecamp, or similar)
- Proficient with Wide-Orbit Traffic and Wide Orbit Media Sales (preferred)
- Expertise with Microsoft Office suite
- Commitment to a high quality of work and excellent client services
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients or campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or similar platforms)
