Our team is looking for YOU! Step into a pivotal role as our next ACCET Log Coordinator with the Agile Creative Content Engagement Team (ACCET) — where creativity meets precision in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.   

In this dynamic position, you'll work across multiple markets, managing our daily promotion inventory through strategic log editing, conflict resolution, and real-time communication. You'll be the key connection between our content, compliance, and community initiatives — ensuring every second on-air is maximized and impactful.     

What you will do: 

• Curate and verify daily promotion logs to ensure accurate content, appropriate separation, and flawless scheduling across markets.  
• Navigate programming challenges by flagging inventory availability and conflicts to local stations — keeping everything running smoothly.  
• Collaborate closely with the ACCET leadership and team members to maximize inventory usage with precision and creativity.  
• Manage Public Service Announcements (PSAs) and foster relationships with charitable organizations, aligning all messaging with Sinclair’s compliance standards. 
• Ensure announcements run in alignment with Sinclair Compliance policies 
• Run key reports (OSI and others) and support leadership with insights when needed.  
• Maintain promotion libraries for multiple stations, ensuring all assets are up-to-date and ready to air.  
• Assist in content delivery — both internally and externally — with professionalism and attention to detail.

This Role is For You If:  

•  You are computer-savvy, detail-obsessed, and known for your dependability.  
• You thrive under pressure and love the buzz of a fast-paced environment.  
• Communication and organization are your superpowers.  
• You’ve worked with OSi or other broadcast traffic systems (preferred — but we’ll train the right candidate!).  
• You bring broadcast TV or radio experience to the table (again, preferred — but not a dealbreaker).
