WGN-TV is looking for a Graphic Artist/Designer to work vacation relief producing graphics for the WGN-TV News.

JOB EXPERIENCE

Extensive experience working with Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator is a must and some experience in Adobe After Effects is also preferred. Should also be proficient with Mac OSX. Flexibility is required. Securing specialized technical functions within the live graphics and post-production workflows. Maintain and archive the day to day image material and templates.

REQUIREMENTS

The right candidate will have a strong interest in news as well as the ability to create interesting, informative graphics. Candidate must be able to excel under tight deadlines and be willing to work holidays. They should also have the ability to meet daily deadlines and meet long term and event-driven project goals, individually and in a team environment. Should be able to interact well with production team, senior artists and managers to produce graphics at their request.
