Job Summary:
Part-time/on-call promotions event support position. Represents the radio station brands at various client events, concerts, van hits and other station related events. Radio stations include: 103.7 The Q, 102.5 The Bull, Magic 96.5, News Radio WERC, 104.1 The Beat, Alt 99.1, 103.1 The Vulcan, B106.5, and Hallelujah 105.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a brand ambassador for the radio station cluster.
- Drives station promotional vehicles.
- Conducts self in a positive and upbeat manner when interacting with listeners and clients at events.
- Activates station socials and takes quality photos that incorporate the promotion and logos for the client recap.
- Sets up, breaks down and transports promotional event equipment as required.
- May have office hours which include making listener calls, picking up tickets or assisting on promotional projects.
- Takes the initiative to do something, rather than waiting to be told to do so.
- Hours may range from 0-29 hours per week based on events.
Qualifications:
- Excellent driving record
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
- Problem solving and decision making
- High work standards and attention to detail
- Project Management from start to finish; assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks
- Physical ability to stand for multiple hours and lift or move 50-pound objects
- Proof of insurability
