DESCRIPTION
This position sets the strategy, develops and supervises the creation of multi-media marketing campaign presentations in collaboration with Account Executives. Additional responsibilities include coordination of specified training of new and existing Account Managers and Account Executives. Direct report will the KGW Project Manager. This position will report to the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales ready presentations of station initiatives and sponsorships in collaboration with cross-departmental leadership team
- Develop, implement and maintain KGW “Onboarding Passport” for all new Sales employees
- Lead operational training initiatives on reporting, tracking, optimizing and maintaining campaigns/software
- Create and maintain client contact database
- Interfaces with Tegna BDAL
- Trains new and existing Account Managers and Account Executives on software and software updates (ie: WOMS)

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of account service in a professional, fast paced environment
- College Degree preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficient understanding of Nielsen rating methodology
