DESCRIPTION
WTOL11, the CBS affiliate in Toledo Ohio, is looking for a creative, digitally focused, enterprising multimedia Sports Photojournalist and Producer to join our news team. The successful candidate will provide content for both the broadcast and digital teams. They will have excellent production and non-linear video editing skills. Candidate will write for WTOL.com, as well as produce and post social content. In addition, candidate must fill in the Sports Producer role as needed. We prefer a team player who embraces the tenets of professional journalism, connects with story subjects and has a special eye for images to create the very best, memorable, unique work for all digital platforms. Generating story ideas, content and social media engagement required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
JOB EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2-5 years news videography and/or production experience.
- Journalist and/or Mass Communication degree preferred.
- Current driver’s license and excellent driving history required.
