Job Summary:
Supports production of program segments for DC101 Elliott in the Morning Show.
Responsibilities:
- Produces creative, content, production and cost/benefit decisions for larger programs.
- Produces full scope of discrete portions of programs including sports or news.
- Produces special projects and floor produces.
- Researches information and obtains materials necessary for production.
- Writes line copy and scripts special introductions.
- Participates in editing of final product.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Answer the phones and determine which callers get on the air to enhance a topic or conversation on a very listener heavy show. Callers will help steer conversations as well.
- Maintain the EITM presence on both the DC/101 site and affiliate sites during and after the show.
- Work with promotions on contesting and fulfillment.
- Attend and be part of EITM promotions.
- Help record and produce liners, commercials, and show elements.
- Oversee the production, scheduling, and distribution of “best of”.
- Be available for endorsement opportunities.
