Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the on-going communication and coordination of digital fulfilment, reporting and campaign effectiveness to internal and external customers.
  • Supervises the Media Strategist position to deliver industry leading client presentations and solutions.
  • Provide Account Manager’s the training needed to command the utilization of all Digital Products.
  • Serve as a resource for management to suggest process improvements that arise from the operation and workflow of our digital products while delivering elite customer service.
  • Manage digital workload for the Digital Sales Specialist and Account Managers to meet client expectations.
  • Work closely with the Operations Supervisor to collectively manage the multi-platform operation pieces of the TEGNA value proposition.
  • Work strategically with our sales staff to generate creative solutions that deliver customer results through our digital assets as well as monitor campaign performance.
  • Provide backup to Account Managers and the Digital Specialist as input volume requires.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train and develop new hires.
  • Attend sales calls, if needed, as the digital expert on our product offerings.

JOB EXPERIENCE


REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Expert knowledge of banner sales and design, mobile advertising, SEO, SEM and social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Experience with Ad Serving Software such as DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP)
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Expertise at developing relationships
  • Previous Internet Sales/Support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
