Job Summary:
Resource for basic level facility-related activities
PART TIME, EVERY OTHER WEDNESDAY AND AS NEEDED FOR EMERGENCIES.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with the maintenance and installation of building lighting, furnishings, mechanical system controls, data and electrical cabling, grounds, landscaping, and construction of company facilities.
- Maintains knowledge of proper facility utility power utilization, emergency and backup power, and HVAC operations.
- Evaluates and justifies the purchase of supplies and equipment.
- Assists in placement of office equipment.
- Provides routine electrical modifications/installations, performs general building maintenance, and handles basic construction operations.
