DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy individual to join our high school sports broadcast team as a Part-Time Board Operator. This person will play a key role in managing the live video stream of football and basketball games during the school year. You’ll help ensure a smooth and professional viewing experience for fans watching from home.
JOB EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of computers and streaming software (training provided)
- Ability to focus and follow instructions in a fast-paced, live environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be dependable and punctual
This position is open to all applicants 16 years of age and older.

REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate computer systems and streaming software during live sports broadcasts
- Monitor the video feed for quality, stream uptime, and performance issues
- Set up and test equipment before games
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and communication with production team
- Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout entire game coverage
Schedule Requirements:
- Friday nights during football season (August–November), including home and away games (transportation provided)
- Tuesdays and Fridays during basketball season (December–March)
- Tournament weeks and post-season games as needed
