DESCRIPTION
Ramar Communications is seeking a Digital Advertising Director. The Digital Advertising Director manages Ramar's digital sales, digital assets, and digital services. This energetic, fast paced, and collaborative leader will be accountable for implementing digital sales, directing content creators, provide guidance in creating proposals, presenting digital campaigns with AE's, and managing vendor partnerships. This position will also focus on digital sales strategy and tools that grow Ramar's digital presence and revenues across all digital platforms.
Principle duties:
• Digital sales calls and proposal building with AE's
• Develop stand-alone digital client list and revenue
• Digital vendor management
• Pulling analytics, digital reports, and other metrics for AE's and Ramar
• Managing station websites, apps, streaming, and social media content
• Insertion and trafficking of display and video ads across platforms
• Digital streaming management for Podcasts, OTT, and Radio operations
• CMS Operations
JOB EXPERIENCE
Areas of knowledge preferred:
• Digital sales management and digital revenue development
• Expert digital analytics and metrics knowledge
• Digital ad trafficking across platforms
• App and website management
• Extensive Social Media marketing knowledge
• Display, SEO/SEM, Geo, OTT, Digital Video, Digital Audio
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree preferred with an emphasis in digital media and digital marketing
• Hands on experience managing digital sales in a team environment
• In-depth understanding of applying digital marketing tools and social media platforms
A valid driver's license with clean driving record, and pre-employment drug screening and background checks are required.
