DESCRIPTION
Nexstar Broadcasting’s station, KRON4, the San Francisco Bay Area’s Local News Station, seeks a Studio Remote Technician.
This is a full-time, union position.

REQUIREMENTS
RESPONSIBILITIES/ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Operation of Ross OverDrive equipment, audio board operator, stage manager or other duties as assigned to execute KRON 4 newscasts and studio/remote productions
- Experience with a TRICASTER is a plus
- Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years of major market newscast and studio/remote production experience
- Applicants must have demonstrable automated production, directing and technical directing experience
- Working knowledge of ENPS, MOS commands, Chyron, video server experience preferred
- Must be able to work all hours and days
- Physical requirements: standing, walking, seeing, hearing, computer use, sitting, climbing ladders
- This position is under primary jurisdiction of IBEW
- Management reserves the discretion to add or modify job duties as required
- Must be a self-starter, hard worker, have a great attitude, and be versatile and efficient
Compensation – $33.00/hr commensurate with experience and skill level
