As Sales Assistant – Traffic Coordinator you are the primary support personal who coordinates and maintains the daily process of assigning commercial copy to advertising orders.


Include but are not limited to:

  • At all times represent KREM Marketing in a positive and professional manner
  • Adhering to strict daily deadlines
  • Accurately matching commercials to advertiser orders
  • Processing advertiser commercials by downloading, logging and assigning copy numbers quickly
  • Daily written and verbal communication with members of the sales team and our advertising clients to ensure we receive accurate commercial instructions
  • Maintain commercial copy library, filing system and master control commercial dub list
  • Responding quickly and appropriately to sales team and advertising client’s emails
  • Work with station departments to ensure accurate assignment of commercial copy
  • Provide back up for other sales support functions
  • Assist with testing of software updates and providing feedback for improvements
