DESCRIPTION
This position will work with all facets of the sales department – national, local and digital – and will have daily interaction with the sales management team, account executives, account managers, traffic department and clients. The chosen candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be organized and driven to help the team succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Order entry for national and/or local orders.
- Assist Nat'l sales manager and AE's in handling discrepancies and makegoods.
- Assist with client communication for the NSM and AE's when needed.
- Handle traffic functions like processing copy and commercials to send to master control.
- Help with presentation designs and/or reporting using excel and PowerPoint.
- Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Some college preferred.
Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi task.
Minimum 2 years experience in a television environment in sales and/or traffic preferred, but not required.
Proficient at word, excel and powerpoint.
Knowledge of the Wide Orbit traffic system a bonus.
Self motivated and driven.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Work Environment: Office

Travel: Rarely: less than 10%
Work Environment Set: Office: normally performed in a typical interior/office environment
Physical Demands Set: Sedentary work: Involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, standing, etc.
