DESCRIPTION
Mid-West Family Northern Illinois is looking for a full time sales assistant. This role supports our sales team by engaging with customers, maintaining company marketing pieces, building sales proposals and promotional pieces and making sure they are prepared each day and deliver top notch customer service.
JOB EXPERIENCE
Qualifications needed;
-
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient math, spreadsheets, and Canva
-
Comfortable using CRM’s, Google docs, Google Sheets, & Google slides
-
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability in busy setting
-
Ability to stand for extended hours; lift and move donation items during promotional events
-
Friendly, professional, adaptive, and a team-player mindset. Problem-solving under pressure is important
REQUIREMENTS
The position includes but it is not limited to;

Proposal creation
-
Building sales pieces
-
Provide internal sales support for team members and Key accounts
-
Coordinate commercial traffic needs
-
Order entry & order changes as needed
-
Maintain the live endorsement and sponsorship pages as needed
-
Run weekly reports and distribute as needed
-
Update daily revenue report and other reports as needed and distribute
-
Contract filing
-
Monthly customer newsletter creation
-
Event support as needed
-
Joining team members at occasional customer meetings
