Job Summary:
Assists the promotions or marketing departments with daily activities that promote the station(s), clients or events.
Responsibilities:
-
Drive station vehicle to client location
-
Assemble and breakdown station set up at client site to include tents, tables, flags, and arrange giveaway items
-
Assist station On-Air Personality as needed and give cues as to time restrictions
-
Interact with listeners as well as clients
-
Conduct as becoming a station representative
-
Liaison between client and on-air personality
-
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
-
Other duties as may be assigned.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and professional journals.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of mangers, clients and the general public.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Ability to use standard office equipment (i.e. computer, copier, fax machine). Computer literacy.

Ability to travel extensively to local and regional facilities and promotional events.

Appropriate vision needed to drive as required for valid driver’s license.
Education/Experience:
-
Minimum high school diploma (G.E.D) or equivalent from two-year college; six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications:
-
Valid driver’s license and state-mandated automobile insurance.
Work Environment:
-
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
