This position works strategically with the sales team to generate creative, multi-media marketing solutions that deliver customer results. The DSS is the expert on our digital assets and is responsible for regularly monitoring and optimizing digital campaign performance. This individual must possess knowledge of banner ad sales and design, mobile platforms, social media, over-the-top, SEO, and SEM. This position reports to the Local and Digital Sales Manager.


  • Digital order entry with high level of accuracy.
  • Request, update, and monitor digital creative scheduling.
  • Execute creative development for all digital advertising.
  • Manage the startup process for digital campaigns including participation on campaign onboarding calls.
  • Monitor digital campaigns pacing and effectiveness to ensure campaign delivery.
  • Retain and grow our digital revenue by proactively finding opportunities to optimize campaign performance.
  • Regularly report campaign metrics and results to the Account Executives and Account Managers and assist in interpreting the results to the client as needed.
  • Educate sales team and clients on effective marketing strategies and revenue growth tactics that utilize our digital product suite.
  • Work as a liaison with 3 rd party vendors. (TMS, Simplifi, Premion)
  • Attend client campaign recap meetings as the digital fulfillment expert.
  • Other duties as assigned




  • Minimum 2 years of account engagement in a professional, fast paced sales environment.
  • Effectively works as part of a team, as well as independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects under deadline pressure. Superior organization and time management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to interact comfortably with both clients and internal departments.
  • Familiar with SEO, SEM, Social Media, targeted display, mobile, email, and video marketing strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Proven track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Travel: Rarely: less than 10%
  • Work Environment Set: Office: normally performed in a typical interior/office environment
