Job Summary/Description:  

FOX5, KVVU Las Vegas, is looking for an experienced digital content leader to join the #1 digital news team in Las Vegas. The Digital Content Manager (DCM) will be hands on with digital content and lead KVVU's digital coverage. The DCM will manage all communication regarding product/platform updates and best practices for fox5vegas.com and its digital properties. This team member will have a digital-first mindset and be equipped with the skill set to push coverage forward for online consumption.

The ideal candidate should also be familiar with/trainable on: in-house CMS, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Chartbeat, Google Analytics, iNews, Wirecast, OTT platforms, LiveU system, Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and more.

JOB EXPERIENCE

Qualifications/Requirements:

? Candidates will have at least 3 years experience as a digital content team member for a news outlet. Background must include, at minimum, a bachelor's degree in broadcast/digital journalism or the equivalent. This is a leadership position, so candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate others, meet project deadlines, and collaborate with other newsroom managers in day to day operations.
