We serve to Inform, Inspire and positively Impact our customers by researching consumer behavior and translating those insights into strategic recommendations. We are looking for a Consumer Insights Manager who is passionate for connecting consumer & industry trends with our best in class products to exceed our customer’s advertising goals.

The ideal candidate is creative, curious and a thought leader who seeks to drive new revenue opportunities by educating our internal team and external partners. This person will directly manage a Media Strategist while working alongside our sellers as an expert in research and media strategy.

  • Research consumer behavior and industry trends that translate into compelling marketing/sales materials
  • Recommend data-driven initiatives that further station goals and align with core values
  • Identify emerging categories and trends, arming our sales team with market intel and strong VBRs
  • Develop insights-based sales material that create new revenue streams
  • Collaborate with Sr. Manager, Strategic Partnerships, to ideate new partnerships aligned with client requests and actionable insights
  • Responsible for managing client proposal deadlines
  • Reimagine workflows to improve overall efficiency
  • Prepare and present reports and lead regular internal insights discussions
  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be required by our Content/Marketing teams to achieve KPIs across various departments




  • 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, analytics or research
  • Proficiency in leveraging research platforms including MRI-Simmons, Nielsen Scarborough and similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to transcribe data with clarity and brevity
  • Problem solver with analytical skills who has a passion for taking on new challenges
  • Confident collaborator who works with various departments and personalities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Editor
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience managing direct reports a plus
  • Travel: Occasionally: 10%
