The right candidate will have excellent communication skills. You must have a deep understanding of San Antonio and the region as well as understand the latest trends, local happenings, and events in order to craft entertaining TV segments as well as social media posts. This candidate will excel through creative ideas and producing engaging sales and non-sales content for television and social media platforms. Past sales experience or working closely with clients is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Assist with client pre-production, production, and scheduling. This includes being a point of contact between sales clients and the GDSA team as well as working with the Executive Producer to gather all materials to make sales segments creative and energetic.
– Handle all sales-related social media and web postings, assuring quality control and accuracy.
– Post entertainment-based social media content and help grow the audience.
– Assist in researching and producing engaging content alongside producers.
– Floor manage the LIVE set as needed.
– Greet show guests and oversee the checking of on-air information M-F.
– Shoot video on-location to collect material for post-production as needed.
JOB EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor's degree in film, television, or have equivalent professional
experience with television or production projects.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience communicating with clients and client experience.
– Social Media Experience and know-how.
– ENPS, INEWS, or comparable producing program experience preferred.
– Some experience with shooting or editing video.
– Must be a team player, punctual, and enthusiastic about learning.
– Valid driver's license.
