We are seeking a creative, solution-based seller who can showcase his or her expertise by building relationships and providing businesses with multimedia solutions that connect our advertiser’s goals to our unbeatable opportunities.   • This position focuses on gaining new business (TV and digital) through face-to-face sales calls, appointment setting and cold calls with customers and/or potential customers.
  • This individual will develop and present multimedia solutions designed to assist local business growth.
  • Possess a client-centric mind set and an understanding of solution-based selling.
  • This individual will strategize with team members to plan and execute marketing plans for new and existing customers.
  • This individual will demonstrate the highest level of customer service with all clients to help ensure a healthy retention rate.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and accountability through a consultative approach
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills are required. Individual must also have strong computer skills. Knowledge of Nielsen, Wide Orbit, and qualitative research is a plus.
  • Follow up on credit applications, billing discrepancies and accounts receivable.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is a must.
  • Must achieve all requirements with the highest integrity.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.




  • Minimum 3 years direct TV and/or digital sales experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related experience preferred.
  • Bilingual skills a plus but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in using qualitative research and/or other marketing research tools
  • Experience in WideOrbit preferred
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record, as well as reliable transportation and proof of insurance
  • Travel: Frequent: More than 25
  • Work Environment Set: Office: normally performed in a typical interior/office environment
  • Physical Demands Set: Sedentary work: Involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, standing, etc.
